We'll start with a guided meditation that will help you relax and tune into your body, followed by therapeutic humming to activate your throat chakra and release any blocks that are holding you back.

But it's not all serious stuff! We'll also have a spiritual dance party to get your energy flowing, moving, and grooving to the beat of your own drum. Plus, we'll explore the power of visualization and how it can help you manifest your desires and attract abundance into your life and business.
